What is a private guided practice like?


In this completely private experience, you do not speak. For a virtual guided session, video is not necessary. Simply my voice will guide you.

We'll begin by connecting with a remembered or imagined experience of peace, calm, ease and safety. Next, I'll make a series of invitations you may accept if it feels right and okay: sensing your body, feeling any emotions, and noticing any thoughts.

We will wrap up with a gentle return to your outer life, noting anything that requires further exploration or follow-up.

We'll end the session with a brief check-in. You can simply say "Thank you" and leave the call, or chat for a few minutes if there's something to be shared. Lingering questions or feedback can be sent via email.

What is a private co-meditation like?

Do you need support to be with a particular issue in your life? Are you seeking insight about something? A co-meditation could be a good way to go. For this experience, video is preferable.

Based on the same principles as the guided meditation, co-meditation is an interactive experience in a confidential space.

I will listen so that I can verbally support you with staying present and inwardly focused in order to hear your own counsel and wisdom. I will invite you to sense your body, notice any emotions or thoughts that arise, and invite you to further explore what arises in various ways, if it feels okay and right for you.

I will take some notes so that I can mirror your inner journey back to you in the wrap-up. The notes will either be destroyed or sent to you, whatever you decide.

We'll end the session with a brief check-in. You can simply say "Thank you" and leave the call, or chat for a few minutes if there's something to be shared. Lingering questions or feedback can be sent via email.
